Come say Hello if you see us, you will frequently find us at the property, we love to meet our guests! Nothing except toilet paper may be flushed down toilet. You will be Glamping, you may encounter nature, including bugs while outside. Clean up after your dog! DOGS ONLY no other pets allowed, cats are not allowed and will incur a $500 fine if brought to property. Airstream is most suitable for 2 guests; it can accommodate a family of 4 with 2 smaller children or 3 adults. The front bed is double-sized. Southern Charm Barn and Airstream We want to let you know that both properties on the Southern Charm location are typically occupied at the same time. Shared spaces available to all guests include the fire pit at the front, the laundry facilities located in the shed, the dog park if you are bringing pets, and the yard. Please be aware that the area under the house is reserved exclusively for the renters staying in the house, while the decking and seating area located at the rear of the camper is exclusively for camper guests. Please note that parking under the house is NOT permitted, and the front gates must remain open at all times to allow easy access for all guests coming and going. We can frequently be found at the property for maintenance, and cleaning of the common areas.
