Additional House Rules & Policies: • Pet Policy: Max 2 dogs (no other pets). Unreported pets will incur a $100 fine. (Additional dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, for an extra fee) • Guest Policy: This home sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Daytime visitors are welcome (up to 6 people total), but all non-overnight guests must leave by 10 PM. A $50 fine per person applies for unregistered overnight guests, and failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund. All guests must be registered in advance. • Security: A Ring video doorbell is located at the entrance of the screened porch, facing the parking lot. It is motion-activated and records audio & video. • Cancellation Policy: We strongly recommend travel insurance as we cannot issue refunds for travel delays, illness, or weather.
