The device is motion-activated and records audio and video for security purposes. Cancellation Policy We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. All pets must be reported NO CATS No smoking in house No illegal drug use (pot is illegal in Alabama) Limit of 2 vehicles No parking in grass Max of 4 overnight guests, all guests must be preregistered prior to arrival, we do charge $50 per night for unregistered overnight guests. Exceeding the max occupancy of 4 overnight guests is grounds for cancellation of reservation, without a refund of unused nights. Daytime visit are allowed, with a max total of 6 people at home at one time. Daytime visitors must leave by 10 pm. ABSOLUTELY NO HAIR DYING ON PROPERTY, all repairs, and replacement of linens will be changed back to booking guest, if there is extra cleaning or damage done by hair dyes. Only toilet paper flushed in toilet (if you break this rule TRUST US we will know immediately) feminine products, hygiene wipes etc. must go in trash NO EXCEPTIONS! please be sure everyone in your party understands this. If inappropriate items are found in grinder pump by the plumber, the bill will be charged back to the guest. We provide small bags in the bathroom for disposal of feminine products or other non-flushable items. If you will smoking outside, do not put your ashes or cigarettes out on the cement in screen porch, you will need to plan for cigarette disposal if you plan on smoking at the property.

Unreported pets will be billed at $50 per pet per day. Reported pets will be charged $50 per stay, Per pet There is no charge for service animals, please note that service animals may not be left on property alone.
