Daytime visitors are welcome (up to 6 people total), but all non-overnight guests must leave by 10 PM. A $50 fine per person applies for unregistered overnight guests, and failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund. All guests must be registered in advance. • Security: A Ring video doorbell is located at the entrance of the screened porch, facing the parking lot.
