Feel free to take them out and explore the lagoon! Important Notes & Policies • HOA Rule: A maximum of 4 guests allowed on the property at any time. Violations result in a $100 per person, per day fine from the association. • Parking: Each unit has one dedicated parking space. An additional space is first come, first served, with overflow trailer parking available (also first come, first served). • Security: A Ring Video Doorbell is installed at the front door, motion-activated, and records video & audio. • Snowbirds Welcome! House Rules
No illegal drug use on property (pot is illegal in Alabama) No more than 4 guests may use grounds or faculties during stay (this is association mandated) If you will be bring fishing gear, please store them in your vehicle, or on the deck, do not lean them against walls in the condo. ABSOLUTELY NO HAIR DYING TO BE DONE IN PROPERTY Absolutely NO pets for stays less than 60 days (there is a $200 per day association fine for unauthorized animals) service animals must be reported so the owner can let the HOA know that there is an authorized service animal on the property. Unreported guests are charged $50 per day. When you leave, we only ask that you remove all trash and any items you brought in, load and start the dishwasher, put towels in hall in front of washer, turn out the lights and lock the door. Please be sure all doors and windows are closed.
Other Details to Note
Property has an elevator and carts for moving things to the condo. (Please return carts to the garage when you are finished unloading). PLEASE DO NOT BRING CARTS IN UNIT We do recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund for travel delays, weather or illness at this property. Kayaks are behind the pool area and labeled units 103 and 105, 2 available for use oars under kayak stand. Code for Kayak lock is in guest book at condo. Kayaks are for guests sstaying in 103 and 105, do not share code or leave kayaks unlocked.
