Southern Charm Barn and Airstream Hi, I wanted to let you know that both properties on the Southern Charm location are typically occupied at the same time. Shared spaces available to all guests include the fire pit at the front, the laundry facilities located in the shed, the dog park if you are bringing pets, and the yard. Please be aware that the area under the house is reserved exclusively for the renters staying in the house, while the decking and seating area located at the rear of the camper is exclusively for camper guests. Please note that parking under the house is NOT permitted, and the front gates must remain open at all times to allow easy access for all guests coming and going. We can frequently be found at the property for maintenance, cleaning, and sometimes staying. We love to meet our guests; feel free to say hello if you see us.
